The .txt or .zip file that a messaging app's Export Chat feature creates. Choose Without Media: it is faster, and photos and videos are not used. Exports in English and Turkish date formats are supported, from both iPhone and Android.

On iPhone, scroll to the end of the row of apps, tap More and turn Sohbet Karnesi on. You can also save the export to Files first and open it with Choose chat file inside the app.

Make sure you chose the chat export itself, not a photo or a document from the chat. Exporting the chat again without media usually fixes it. If it still does not work, email us; we never need the file itself, a description of where it came from is enough.

Yes. Turn on Hide names when sharing in Settings; shared cards then show initials instead of names.

Your data is stored only on your device and there is no account, so it cannot be transferred. It starts fresh on a new device.
