Who we are
Sohbet Karnesi is an app that turns a chat you export from your messaging app into a report card of statistics, made by Albovix. For the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Albovix is the data controller. Contact: contact@albovix.com.
Stored on your device
The app saves this information locally so it works between sessions:
- The reports you create. A report holds only statistics: message, word and day counts, percentages, reply times, the busiest hour and day, the most used words and emoji, and the names of the chat's participants as they appear in the export
- Your settings: language, theme, whether names are hidden on shared cards, and whether you have seen the introduction
- While a report is being made, a temporary copy of the chat file you chose. It is deleted as soon as the report is ready; message text is never saved
This stays on your device and the developer cannot see it.
What we collect
Nothing. In particular, the app does not collect:
- your name, email or phone number
- your location
- advertising identifiers or any advertising data
- analytics or usage tracking
- crash reports
- your contacts, files or browsing history
Permissions
Photos: used only to pick or save the images you choose. The app cannot see the rest of your library.
Third-party services
No third-party service receives your data from the app.
Sharing. When you tap a share button, the app hands a short text or image to your device's share sheet. You choose where it goes, or cancel. The app never sends it anywhere by itself.
Web pages. Links such as this privacy policy open in your device's browser. The browser and the website follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
On your device. Uninstalling Sohbet Karnesi deletes everything it stored on your device.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR and KVKK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, kvkk.gov.tr). Email contact@albovix.com; we reply within 30 days.
Because the app collects no personal data, there is normally nothing for us to give, correct or delete.
Children
Sohbet Karnesi collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Security
Your data never leaves your device, where it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption).
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Biz kimiz
- konumunuz
